Step 1
Rinse the salmon fillets in cool water. Cut the fish into small slices and place in a bowl. Add a little lemon juice, paprika, nutmeg, black ground pepper, stir to soak everything. Leave the fish for about 7 minutes for aroma and richer taste. At this time, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well, put the fish marinated in spices in the pan and fry.

Pour water into a small saucepan, place eggs in it, and add a pinch of salt to keep them from bursting. Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut them into 4 pieces.
