I bring to your attention a very tasty and satisfying snack - pork tartlets. Such a dish will be just in time for any festive dinner.
It is necessary

- - minced pork - 300 g;
- - cream 33% - 1 glass;
- - butter - 150 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - Cheddar cheese - 150 g;
- - green onions - 0.5 bunch;
- - ground chili pepper - 0.5 teaspoon;

Instructions
Step 1
Take a large cup and mix the following ingredients in it: butter, wheat flour, one chicken egg and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix these ingredients into a homogeneous mixture using a mixer. After kneading the dough, roll it into a layer and cut out circles with the same diameter. You should have 20 shapes. Place them in tins, greased with butter and sprinkled with a small amount of flour, and press gently to make a basket. The base for the pork tartlets is ready.
Step 2
After putting the minced pork in a pan, fry it in sunflower oil until half cooked, then season with ground chili and 0.25 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything properly.
Step 3
Fill the dough tins with the resulting meat mass. Top this mixture with grated cheese and finely chopped green onions.
Step 4
Whisk in a mixture of 2 chicken eggs, cream and a little salt. Fill the remaining space in the molds with the resulting mass. In this form, send the tartlets to bake at 180 degrees for about 25-28 minutes. Also, the readiness of this dish can be determined by the golden brown crust.
Step 5
Allow the finished dish to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully remove it from the molds and serve warm. The pork tartlets are ready!
