It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - Bulgarian red pepper - 2 pcs.;
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - Adyghe cheese - 150 g;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- - a set of dried herbs for salad - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt, black pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the peppers, brush them a little with oil and bake them in the oven. Grill can be used; cook until lightly tanned. After taking out the hot pepper, wrap it in foil or put it in a bag. After 4-5 minutes, remove the skins from the vegetables, remove the seeds and cut into thin cubes. Divide the clean tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 2
Heat the pan, lightly greasing with olive oil. Place the cheese slices on top of it. Fry them on both sides. This must be done quickly so that the cheese does not burn.
Step 3
First, place the pepper slices on a plate, top with the tomato slices, and finish off with grilled cheese. Pour dressing over all products. Prepare it with oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Decorate a salad of baked peppers and fried Adyghe cheese with dried herbs, serve.
