Preparation

We take cling film and wrap the meat. We send it to the refrigerator for 24 hours for pickling.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Remove the pickled meat from the refrigerator. Remove the cling film. Place the meat in a roasting sleeve. Bake for 1 hour-1, 5 hours. After cooking in the oven, remove the meat, cut the sleeve and place the finished ham on a flat dish.
Best served with boiled pork with apple sauce. Let's make the apple sauce. Cut the apples into pieces and cook in a covered saucepan. When the water has boiled away by 1/3, take out the apples and rub through a sieve. Then add sugar and cinnamon powder to the apple puree and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Beat the sauce a little with a whisk and serve hot with cold boiled pork.
