At first glance, it seems that very few dishes can be prepared from pumpkin. In fact, this is not the case. In addition, it can be used to make a delicious dessert. I suggest baking the pumpkin in a shortcrust pastry.

- - butter - 40 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - shortbread dough - 500 g;
- - ground cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - cardamom - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - sugar - 100 g.

Step 1
Cut the pumpkin pulp into large pieces. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the chopped vegetable in a greased baking dish, cover with foil and bake until soft, about 40 minutes.

Next, roll out the shortbread dough and carefully place it on a round baking dish. Don't forget to shape the bottom and sides of the cake. In this form, send to the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the baked pumpkin in a blender and chop. Drain the resulting liquid. Add the following ingredients to the crushed pumpkin: egg yolks, cinnamon, cardamom and 1/2 of the total sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Combine the egg whites with the second half of the sugar and beat until a thick foam forms.
Step 5
Gently add the sugar and egg mixture to the pumpkin puree. Mix everything thoroughly. Put the resulting mass on a baked base and send to the oven for about 40-50 minutes. Pumpkin in shortcrust pastry is ready!
