- Sugar - 200 gr.
- Butter or margarine - 200 gr.
- Wheat flour - 500 gr.
- Vanilla sugar - 10 gr.
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Baking powder for dough - 10 gr.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to grind the egg with sugar until the crystals are completely dissolved.

After that, soften the butter or margarine at room temperature, add the egg mass to it and mix everything together until smooth.

Then add baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt to the resulting egg-buttered mixture and mix everything again.
Step 4
Sift flour into the resulting mass and knead the dough. The finished dough should be elastic.
Step 5
Put the finished dough into a pastry bag with a nozzle and place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookies for 20 minutes.
