Homemade cherry cookies are easy to make, yet delicious in taste and amazing in flavor. Cooked desserts with this bright, juicy berry will turn out to be very tasty, so both adults and children are happy to eat them.

- - 100 g butter
- - 500 g pitted sweet cherries

Step 1
To make cookie dough, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Then add flour, salt and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Now we are preparing the filling. To do this, melt the butter in a small saucepan until nut brown, stirring frequently for 6 minutes. Then remove from heat and refrigerate.

In a separate bowl, beat granulated sugar (or powdered sugar, for a softer dessert), eggs and salt in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon flour and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Add melted butter gradually and stir again.
Step 5
Place the cherries on the finished baked crust and then gently pour the filling. In addition to cherries, you can add pieces of chocolate or fruit, as well as raisins.
Step 6
Bake again in the oven at 190C until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
