It is very useful to make cheesecakes from nutritious cottage cheese for breakfast. In addition, this is ideal if your children do not recognize cottage cheese in its pure form. According to the recipe, lush, tender and fragrant cheesecakes with raisins are obtained.

- For four servings:
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 0.5 cups of raisins;
- - 1 egg;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the curd in a bowl, mash it well. Beat the egg into the curd, add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Grind everything thoroughly with cottage cheese. Add baking powder to the dough.
Step 2
Sift flour, add 2/3 flour to the curd in a bowl, mix. Rinse the seedless raisins, rinse with hot water and mix with the curd dough.
Step 3
Pour 1/3 of the flour on a kitchen board, take 1 tablespoon of curd dough, put on the flour, roll in flour on all sides, shape the curd cake with your hands. From the whole dough, form curd cakes about 1 centimeter thick.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan on a fire, pour 30 ml of vegetable oil, heat it. Place the pancakes in hot oil. Fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes until golden brown, then turn the syrniki, fry on the other side until tender. In this way, fry the pancakes from the whole dough. Add oil to the skillet as needed.
Step 5
Serve ready-made fluffy cheesecakes with raisins warm with jam, sour cream or condensed milk. They will be especially useful as a breakfast.
