Creamy Jelly or Panna Cotta is a great Italian dessert. To prepare it, take a third of a glass of milk, 2 tsp. gelatin, 2.5 cups heavy cream, 1 bag of vanillin, 0.5 cups of sugar. Pour the gelatin into a bowl and pour the milk on top. Combine the sugar and cream in a saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium heat. The cream will boil very quickly and rise. At this point, pour the gelatin and milk into the saucepan. Stir this mixture thoroughly: all components should completely dissolve. Boil the mixture for another minute, and then remove from heat. Add vanillin to the saucepan. Then pour the mixture into molds or cups. Wait for the glasses to cool, then cover them with cling film. In this form, send the dessert to the refrigerator for 4 hours. This is the minimum time. It is recommended to keep the cups in the refrigerator overnight. And in the morning, dessert can be served with chocolate sauce, jam or fresh berries. Panna Cotta keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.

With the help of gelatin at home, you can make a real marshmallow. To do this, you will need: 3 tbsp. gelatin, 150 ml of water, 2 tsp. citric acid, 4 glasses of sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 1 bag of powdered sugar. Soak gelatin in water for 2 hours. Pour 150 ml of water into a saucepan, pour all 4 cups of sugar into a saucepan and simmer the mixture for 7 minutes over medium heat. Pour the gelatin into the boiling syrup. Remove the pan from the heat. Take a mixer and beat the mixture for 10 minutes. Add citric acid to the marshmallow and continue to beat for another 5 minutes. Add baking soda and beat for another 3 minutes. Next, pour some water on a baking sheet and spoon out the beaten mass in circles. Let the marshmallow harden for 40 minutes. Then put 2 circles together and roll the marshmallows in the powdered sugar.
