Traditionally, berry preparations (jam, jam or jam) are cooked on the stove, but they can also be prepared using modern kitchen appliances: in a microwave, multicooker or airfryer, and this is much more convenient to do. It is enough to choose a suitable program and prepare the berries.
It is necessary
- - raspberries - 1 kg;
- - honey - 400 g;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - pectin - 40 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the berries and sort carefully. Remove stalks and sepals.
Step 2
Scald the raspberries with boiling water. Drain the water. Pour the berries with honey and leave for 1-2 hours at room temperature so that the mixture is infused and the berries release juice.
Step 3
Wash and peel the lemon. Squeeze out the juice. Cut the crusts into strips and cover with boiling water, leave for half an hour.
Step 4
Pour the raspberries and honey with lemon juice. Transfer the berries to a bowl, add lemon peels cut into strips to them. Place the bowl in the airfryer. Select the Jam function. In total, the program will last 1, 5 hours.
Step 5
Add the pectin 20 minutes before the end of cooking. Instead, you can use another gelling agent, such as gelatin.
Step 6
While the jam is cooking, prepare the jars. Wash them with baking soda, rinse thoroughly and pour over with boiling water. Let the container dry.
Step 7
When the raspberry and lemon jam is done, let the mixture cool slightly so that it becomes gelatinous. After that, spread the mass into jars.
