The infusion made from sea rice is healthy and nutritious. It is recommended to use it for bronchial asthma, rheumatoid arthritis and many other diseases, including for the prevention of cancer. Also, an infusion made from sea rice perfectly refreshes the skin and helps to lose weight.

It is necessary

    • sugar (plain or cane);
    • dried fruits (raisins
    • dried apricots
    • prunes, etc.);
    • sea rice.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a clean 1 liter glass jar. Place 4 tablespoons of sea rice and 10-15 pitted raisins in it. Instead of raisins, you can use other dried fruits in the amount of 5 pieces. Filter out one liter of unboiled water and completely dissolve two tablespoons of sugar in it. It is best to use “brown” cane sugar to prepare the infusion (remember, if grains of sugar get on the “rice”, the sea fungus “gets sick”). Pour the raisins (dried fruit) and sea rice with the sugar and water.

Step 2

Cover the neck of the jar with gauze so that midges and dust do not get into the prepared infusion. Place the jar in a cabinet or on a table as far away from a microwave oven and heating appliances as possible, the place should not be sunny. The best temperature for the life of sea rice is 23-27 degrees, already at a temperature of 18-20 degrees rice grains stop growing.

Step 3

After 1-2 days, the drink is ready. Strain the finished infusion through a plastic sieve, select and discard the raisins (dried fruits), and rinse the "rice" with clean filtered water at room temperature and refuel. Store the drink in the refrigerator for no more than two days, and excess sea rice for no more than five. Large rice gives an infusion of milder, milky-fruity taste, and small rice gives the most carbonated drink with a sharp taste, very much like kvass.
