Making the cake

Mix the egg with 100 grams of sour cream, pepper, salt and add the rest of the grated cheese. Mix all ingredients well.

Preheat the oven to 160-180 ° C. Bake the cake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. To make sure it's done, gently poke the side of the dough using a toothpick. If the dough is not sticky, the cake is ready.

Cool it down before serving it. Cheese and chanterelle pie will be the perfect end to your dinner. If you wish, you can decorate it with a few sprigs of fresh herbs (parsley, dill) and put a few pickled mushrooms in the middle.
