It is necessary
- Coffee cognac:
- - 3 tsp ground coffee;
- - 1 glass of water;
- - 1 liter of vodka.
- Sugar syrup:
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 150 mm of water.
- Special cognac:
- - 3 liters of vodka;
- - 1 orange peel;
- - 1 bay leaf;
- - 1 g vanillin;
- - 5-7 peas of black pepper;
- - 1 tbsp. dry black tea;
- - 1 tbsp. cinnamon.
- Cognac based on beer and juice:
- - 1 liter of grape juice;
- - 1 liter of beer;
- - 250 ml of alcohol;
- - 100 g of instant coffee;
- - 100 g of yeast;
- - 1 kg of sugar.
- Muscat cognac:
- - 3 tbsp. chopped oak bark;
- - 1 tbsp. nutmeg powder;
- - 1-2 g vanillin;
- - 2 carnations;
- - 2 liters of vodka.
- Rosehip cognac:
- - 18 rose hips;
- - 3 liters of diluted alcohol;
- - a small branch of St. John's wort;
- - 50 g of oak bark;
- - 1 tsp black tea;
- - 5-7 peas of black pepper;
- - 3 tbsp. Sahara.
Instructions
Step 1
Coffee cognac
Pour the ground coffee with a glass of boiling water. Close the container tightly with a lid. Remove the infusion in a dark place. After a day, add 1 liter of vodka to the resulting consistency. Leave the infusion for 20-25 days. Then strain it. To complete your homemade coffee cognac, you need sugar syrup. To get it, mix sugar with clean water. Add syrup to the infusion. After 2-3 days, the brandy based on ground coffee is ready. Strain the drink and bottle it.
Step 2
Special cognac
To prepare it, mix vodka, chopped orange peel, bay leaf, vanillin, black pepper, black tea, cinnamon. Insist the resulting mixture in a dark place for 5-7 days. After that, strain the cognac and bottle. If you decide to prepare a smaller amount of the drink, reduce all the ingredients by 2 times.
Step 3
Cognac based on beer and juice
This is a fairly common recipe for making cognac among the people. In this case, mix grape juice, beer, alcohol, instant coffee, yeast, granulated sugar. Leave the resulting mixture in a dark place for 21 days. At the end of the preparation of the drink, the contents should be filtered and bottled.

Muscat cognac
To prepare nutmeg cognac, grind the oak bark, mix it with nutmeg powder, vanilla, cloves and vodka. This drink should be infused for 1 month. Then strain the finished cognac and bottle.

Rosehip cognac
To get an unusually delicious home-made cognac, mix rose hips, diluted alcohol, a small sprig of St. John's wort, chopped oak bark, dry black tea, black pepper, granulated sugar. A rosehip-based drink must be infused for 21 days in a dark place. Then strain the cognac and bottle.
