  • - 6 medium potatoes;

  • 3. For the "Favorite Sandwiches" dish:
  • - 100-200 g of any sausage, smoked meat or sausages;
  • - a few slices of white bread;
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - 1 medium tomato;
  • - 1 bell pepper;
  • - 2 tsp mayonnaise;
  • - salt, pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cabbage with smoked meats and cheese

Cut meat products into strips and fry for 5 minutes.

Add chopped garlic to the pan, fry for 3 minutes.

Put thinly shredded cabbage and processed cheese in a saucepan, add 1/2 glass of water and, without stirring, simmer under a lid for 10 minutes.

Stir the cabbage with cheese and sausage, add pepper, salt to taste (be careful, do not oversalt - the sausage is salty enough) and simmer for another 5 minutes under the lid.

Step 2

Potatoes with cream

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, the sausage into cubes, grate the cheese.

Lay out potatoes, meat products, cheese in layers. Put the potatoes in the last layer.

Pour cream with salt, spices, paprika.

Bake until the potatoes are tender.

Remove the dish, cover with cheese, bake for 5 minutes. until the cheese melts.
