It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of pork;
  • - 200 grams of fat sour cream;
  • - 50 grams of any tomato paste or ketchup;
  • - 1 red bell pepper;
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 large carrot;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - sunflower oil;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare vegetables - wash and peel red bell peppers, garlic, carrots and onions. All of these products can be chopped in any convenient way. The larger the pieces of pepper are, the more clearly they will be felt in the finished dish.

Step 2

Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan, add a little sunflower to them and fry them lightly. If any of the listed products was not found at home, you can safely replace it with another one. For example, use tomatoes instead of red bell peppers. Thus, the hostess will be able to experiment and find new and interesting tastes.

Step 3

Rinse the pork under cold running water, beat it off with a special hammer, cut it into small pieces, season with salt and pepper on all sides, and then pour it over the vegetables. You do not need to turn off the fire. Next, you need to thoroughly fry the vegetables along with the pork until the red bell pepper is soft and the meat is half cooked.

Step 4

Add sour cream, tomato sauce or ketchup, as well as a small amount of boiled water to the pan with meat and vegetables. The liquid should completely cover the food in the pan. Next, stir the dish thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste, cover and leave to simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

The resulting thick, aromatic meat sauce with vegetables goes well with almost any side dish. It can be served with rice, buckwheat and other cereals, pasta, stewed vegetables or potatoes. If desired, the dish can be decorated with fresh herbs on top.
