If you are a connoisseur of fish, and especially fish soup, try to cook this wonderful dish in an unusual way - adding semolina there.
It is necessary
- - 4 potatoes;
- - 2 liters of water;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 400 g fish fillet;
- - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- - 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of semolina
- - black peppercorns;
- - 1 bay leaf;
- - dill;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small slices. Put it in a saucepan, cover with water and put on high heat. It is necessary to wait until the water boils, then reduce the heat and then cook under the lid until the potatoes are almost completely cooked.
Step 2
While the potatoes are boiling, peel the onion and cut it into several pieces, not cutting to the end. Peel the carrots and rub them on a fine grater. When the potatoes are almost ready, add salt to the broth to taste and place the onions and carrots in the pan.
Step 3
Add chunks of washed fish. The pieces should correspond approximately to the portions. Place a lid on the saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Then cook on slow until the potatoes and fish are completely cooked. The time during which you need to cook the fish soup must be calculated independently, it depends on the variety of potatoes and fish.
Step 4
Remove the onion from the broth and discard it. Sprinkle the semolina and stir continuously at the same time. Cook for one minute. Then add black peppercorns and bay leaves.
Step 5
Chop the dill and add it to the pot. Remove the bay leaf from the fish soup. After the ear is infused for about 15 minutes, you can serve it on the table.
