- 3 eggplants,
- 3 tomatoes,
- 100 g hard cheese
- 1-2 processed cheese,
- 2 cloves of garlic
- mayonnaise to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplants in cold water and cut off the edges, cut them into not very thick slices.

Drizzle over the eggplants with salted water or salt and place in a plate for 20-25 minutes. This must be done in order for the bitterness to go away from them.

On a grater, grate hard and melted cheese and add crushed garlic cloves there. You can add mayonnaise if you like.

Remove the prepared eggplants and fry them in a skillet in hot olive oil

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
