However, there are a number of restrictions associated with the use of beetroot juice.

Freshly squeezed beet juice should not be drunk immediately after preparation. First, put it, without covering the container, for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator: the harmful compounds in such juice should collapse when they come into contact with air.
Step 2
Start drinking beetroot juice with small doses: it is very concentrated. For example, drink 1 tbsp first. spoon. Then dilute the juice with water, rosehip broth or other juices - pumpkin, apple, carrot, cabbage, plum, cucumber. The maximum daily intake is 3-4 glasses.
Step 3
For cardiovascular diseases, drink 150 ml of beet juice 20 minutes before each meal. During rehabilitation after a heart attack, make freshly squeezed juice, dilute it in equal proportions with honey, let the mixture brew for 3-4 hours, take orally 3 times a day, 2 tbsp. spoons.
Step 4
If you have hypertension, mix equal parts beet juice and honey, drink this infusion within 4 days. The intake schedule is 150 ml of juice several times a day before meals.
Step 5
In case of liver diseases, it is useful to consume beets as a whole root vegetable, and in the form of juice. To do this, before each meal, first eat 150 g of raw beets, and then immediately drink 150 ml of juice mixture (from beets, cucumbers and carrots).
