Braised pork is a simple, quick and tasty dish. If you choose lean cuts of meat and add mushrooms and vegetables to the stew, the dish is perfect hot for a hearty meal.
It is necessary
-
- about 800 grams of lean pork;
- a couple of tablespoons of flour;
- one hundred fifty grams of butter;
- 300 grams of mushrooms (better than fresh forest
- but
- if not
- champignons or dried mushrooms are suitable);
- 100 milliliters of milk;
- the yolk of one egg;
- 100 grams of green peas;
- one onion;
- about a liter of water;
- a spoonful of lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat well and cut into large pieces. If the meat has fat, it must be cut off.
Step 2
Put the pieces of meat in a saucepan, pour in the water so that it completely covers the meat, add a little salt and simmer until the meat is tender. If water boils away during cooking, then it must be periodically added. If you are a fan of a variety of spices, then add them to the meat to your liking. The main thing is not to oversalt and not overdo it with spices, since during further cooking, salt and spices will also be added.
Step 3
While the meat is stewing, prepare the original mushroom sauce.
To make the sauce, heat one hundred grams of butter in a saucepan, pour flour into the saucepan and mix the butter and flour, gradually adding water to the mixture. Flour in this case will be a good ingredient for thickening the sauce. Then put fifty grams of finely chopped mushrooms in a saucepan, bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat and cook everything for about twenty minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Take a new pan, heat the remaining butter in it, put two hundred and fifty grams of the remaining mushrooms in the pan and simmer them in the pan. If the mushrooms are small, then they should not be cut, if they are rather large, they must be cut.
Step 5
Place the meat in the sauce. Try the sauce to taste, if required - salt and pepper, add green peas, finely chopped onions, fried mushrooms, a spoonful of lemon juice there, stir and heat well. When the stew is warm, stir the yolk in the milk and pour the liquid into it.
Step 6
Serve the dish in portions. Sprinkle with fresh herbs to garnish. Dill and parsley are fine.
As you can see, the dish is very simple to prepare. By the way, instead of pork, any lean meat is fine. This dish looks very original when used instead of pork chicken, only when cooking chicken it does not hurt to add a little garlic.
