To make it unusual and tasty? A quick but very tasty pork and beer dish will delight you and your guests.
It is necessary
50 g margarine, 3 medium-sized onions, 600 g boneless pork, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground red pepper, 1/2 l. malt beer, 1 tsp. sugar, salt to taste, 1 hot pepper pod, 1 tbsp. tomato puree (tomato paste), 1 bay leaf, 1 pinch of ground pepper, 2 pickles, 1/8 l. sour milk
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into cubes and brown in oil in a skillet. Transfer the onion to a bowl and fry the pieces of meat in the same oil, then return the onion.
Step 2
Spice up. Pour over beer and add sugar, salt, hot pepper, bay leaf and tomato paste. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Add pickled cucumbers cut into slices and simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour out the sour milk, stirring constantly. Turn off the stove and let cool slightly.
