- - pork fillet - 700 g;
- - onion sets - 300 g;
- - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - sugar - 1 tsp;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground red pepper - 1 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Preparing meat. Rinse the pork fillet with water, dry a little, cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil on a saucepan and fry the meat until golden brown on all sides. Then add 100 ml of hot water, salt, add red and black pepper. Simmer the meat over low heat, covered for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the onion sets and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Sprinkle sugar on the onion and stir. When the sugar has melted, place the onion in a stewpan with meat. Simmer for 15 minutes under a closed lid.
Step 4
Add tomato paste to the meat, stir, add hot water (so that all the ingredients are covered with water) and simmer the mixture for another 5 minutes after boiling. Put some meat and onions in a serving plate, garnish with fresh herbs. The dish is ready!
