Making chicken pancakes:

Rinse chicken breast or other chicken meat, free from bones. Cut into small pieces with a sharp knife.

Chop the onion, put it in the meat, break the egg there, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, flour. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour vegetable oil over the frying pan, heat it up. Spoon the meat mass in such a way that you get rather thin pancakes. Roast each batch of chicken pancakes, turning, so that they are not only golden on top, but also fried on the inside.

Serve the chicken pancakes hot with any garnish you like (fried potatoes, milk-based mashed potatoes, or just a vegetable salad are perfect). Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (eg dill, parsley) before serving.
