Step 1

Mix water with milk and bring to a boil. Let cool for 15-20 minutes. Then add sugar, salt, oil to the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly. Break one egg there, add two cups of flour and add yeast. Stir again and let it brew for 10 minutes. It will turn out to be a kind of test. Lubricate it with vegetable oil and leave for an hour.

While the dough is infusing, it is necessary to make cones. This will require thick paper. Best suited for these purposes are the covers of glossy magazines. Once the cones are ready, wrap them in foil.

Remove and divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Then each part must be rolled into a sausage one and a half meters long. Roll the dough around the cone. You need to start with a sharp tip.
