Pancakes are delicious on their own. But you can't spoil them with the filling either: the sweet one turns pancakes into a dessert for tea or coffee, and with minced meat, mushroom, vegetable mince, they can be served as an appetizer or even as a main course.
It is necessary

- - 20 pancakes;
- - 50 g butter.
- For the salted curd filling:
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of red caviar;
- - 3 sprigs of parsley and dill;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of ground nutmeg.
- For the fish filling:
- - 150 g lightly salted salmon;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 1 bunch of dill;
- - juice of half a lemon.
- For meat filling:
- - 200 g of minced meat from boiled meat;
- - 3 eggs;
- - salt
- pepper to taste.
- For the mushroom filling:
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 1 onion;
- - salt
- pepper to taste.
- For the cabbage filling:
- - 300 g of fresh cabbage;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - salt
- greens to taste.
- For the creamy chocolate filling:
- - 250 g butter;
- - 100 - 150 g of honey;
- - 250 g of condensed milk;
- - 150 g of nuts;
- - 50 g milk chocolate;
- - 0.5 cups of small raisins.
- For the banana filling:
- - 4 bananas;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
- For the sour cream filling with prunes:
- - 350 g sour cream;
- - 150 g of prunes;
- - 30 g of walnuts;
- - sugar to taste.
- For the curd and cherry filling:
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 4 tbsp. sour cream spoons;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 300 g pitted cherries.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the filling. Place it in the middle of the fried side of the pancake. Fold one half of the pancake over the filling, then wrap two opposite sides and close on top with the remaining half. You should get a rectangular envelope.
Step 2
Fry the stuffed pancakes in butter on both sides until golden brown. Pour over salted pancakes with melted butter or sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve sweet ones with jam, honey, chocolate sauce or whipped cream.
Step 3
Salted curd filling
Combine curd with softened butter until smooth. Add finely chopped greens, nutmeg and mix thoroughly. Add red caviar, stir gently and leave in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 4
Filling with fish
Cut the salmon into small cubes. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Mix chopped dill and sour cream, add fish.
Step 5
Meat filling
Boil eggs and grate them. Mix with minced meat. Season with salt and season to taste.
Step 6
Mushroom filling
Cut the washed mushrooms into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Fry the mushrooms and onions until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Cabbage filling
Chop the cabbage into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil. Boil the eggs, finely chop the greens. Combine cabbage, tough eggs and greens. Season with salt and seasonings to taste.
Step 8
Creamy chocolate filling
Heat honey and butter in a water bath. Pour in the condensed milk and stir. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Pour in ground nuts, clean dry raisins. Add melted chocolate. Stir. Spread each pancake with the resulting paste and wrap in an envelope.
Step 9
Banana filling
Mash the peeled, ripe bananas. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, remove the zest and grate it on a fine grater. Combine bananas, softened butter, sugar, zest, and lemon juice.
Step 10
Sour cream filling with prunes
Cut the prunes into small pieces. Finely chop the walnuts. Combine sour cream, sugar, prunes and nuts. Add some ground cinnamon if desired.
Step 11
Curd and cherry filling
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sour cream and sugar. Add cherries and stir.
