Step 1

Prepare the container for the fruit. These can be large flat dishes and plates - round, square, oval or triangular. Curly cuts look beautiful on such dishes. Multi-storey vases look very elegant, in which fruit canapes can be laid out.

Step 2

In the center of the dish, you can place a small watermelon decorated with flowers carved using the carving technique. If the art of curly cutting for vegetables and fruits is not available to you, limit yourself to a whole pineapple. Place it in the center of a flat plate. Around in concentric circles, begin to lay out chopped fruits - apples, orange, pears, kiwi. Pour strawberries, grapes and cherries into mouth-watering slides.

Thinly sliced circles of lemons and oranges also look beautiful.

Place the bowls in the freezer of the refrigerator for several hours. Remove the containers, lay out another row of decorative items, add water to the brim and freeze again. To remove the finished bowl, pour warm water into a smaller bowl and carefully separate the structure. Store the ice vase in the refrigerator. Fill it with berries or fruit kebabs before serving.
