Dry it throughout the day, remove it from the film, and place it for dessert. Such a decoration can be made in one piece by filling the voids of the pattern with the same mass with the addition of natural dyes.

Marzipan decoration. Take a glass of sweet almonds and a few bitters to help bring out the taste and aroma of the decoration. Peel the almonds by soaking them in cold water for 2 hours. Grind the almonds into as small chips as possible. Add powdered sugar in a 3 to 1 ratio. Separately mix 2 yolks and 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and add 20 g of cognac, rum or liqueur to the resulting mixture. Combine both masses and mix thoroughly in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Add a few spoons of hot water. Knead the future marzipan thoroughly with your hands. The nut mixture should have a plastic consistency that can be easily molded. From marzipan, you can create various figures, patterns, cover the whole cake, add dyes and candied fruits to it.

Use decorative sprinkles for decoration. For this, use the remnants of the biscuit, wiped through a colander, mixed with chocolate or powdered sugar. For such a decoration, you can use the remnants of any dough, mashed and fried until golden brown. For dressing, crushed nuts, grated chocolate, caramel are also used. The cake is sprinkled completely, in a corner or on stencils. Place a piece of a suitable fruit or berry on top of the sprinkle.

Take a few spoons of fruit or berry jam or jam, rub through a fine sieve and place in a special envelope with a spout. Apply patterns, dots, drawings in such a mass for dessert.
