Cheesecake is a soufflé made from cottage cheese or cream cheese with a base of crushed cookies, shortbread or biscuit dough. This light cake is delicious in itself, and if you show imagination and decorate it, then the dish will be just a feast for the eyes.
It is necessary
- For berry decoration: 500 g of any berries; 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar; a few mint leaves.
- For a cocoa drawing: 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder; 1 sheet of parchment paper for baking.
- For chocolate glaze: 100 g butter; 5 tbsp. spoons of milk; 7 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar; 5 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder.
- To decorate with lime: 1 glass of cream, 35% fat; 1, 5 cups of sugar; 0.5 cups of coconut flakes; 1 lime.
- For jelly: 2 teaspoons of gelatin; 3 tbsp. spoons of water; 200 g of any berry; 5 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Step 1
Garnish the cheesecake with berries - this is perhaps the easiest design option. Take any berries, wash them, dry them thoroughly and place them on top of the pie. You can take raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, currants for this. The main thing is to choose ripe and whole fruits. Sprinkle the berries with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
Step 2
Decorate your cheesecake with cocoa powder or instant coffee. To do this, cut out a circle with a diameter of the shape in which you prepared the cake from edible paper. Draw on this circle and then cut out any shapes you like - circles, stars, hearts. Place the stencil on the cake and sprinkle the cocoa powder from the sieve on the cut-out figurines. Then carefully remove the paper. A pattern will appear on the cheesecake. In the same way, using stencils, you can decorate the cheesecake with chocolate chips. Or, if your cake has a dark top, sprinkle it with white chocolate or powdered sugar.
Step 3
Cover the cheesecake with chocolate icing. To cook it, melt butter in a saucepan, add sugar, cocoa powder and milk, bring to a boil. Stir the frosting constantly and cook until it begins to thicken. Pour icing on the finished cake.
Step 4
Garnish the cheesecake with lime to add a little sourness to your pie. First, whisk the cream with a glass of sugar to form a dense mass. Using a pastry syringe, apply the whipped cream to the surface of the cake. Refrigerate the cake for 4 hours. Peel the lime, remove the film, and cut the pulp into small wedges. Combine the sugar and coke flakes. If desired, you can use powdered sugar instead of sugar. Dip the lime slices in this mixture and place on top of the whipped cream on top of the pie.

Cover the cheesecake with the jelly mixture. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 15 minutes. At this time, put the berries and icing sugar on the fire, stirring constantly until the berries give juice. Mash the berries thoroughly, strain them through a sieve and mix with gelatin. Heat this whole mass over low heat until the gelatin dissolves. Pour the resulting jelly over the top of the cake and leave in the cold until it solidifies.

Don't overdo it with the design. Still, the "highlight" of the cheesecake is in its minimalism. Therefore, an open cheesecake, without defects in the upper part, decorated with only a mint leaf, is especially appreciated.
