The festive table is a great opportunity for every hostess to show their creativity. And the point is not that something unusual can be prepared for the celebration. Even the most ordinary dish will seem a thousand times tastier if it is beautifully decorated. It is especially fun to decorate baked goods, transforming a standard store-bought cupcake into something fantastic.
It is necessary
- - egg whites;
- - icing sugar;
- - lemon juice;
- - confectionery mastic;
- - marzipan mass;
- - food colorings;
- - coconut flakes;
- - chocolate cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the icing. It can be used both as an independent decoration and as a "glue". For example, you can attach pieces of fruit, candy, nuts, etc. to the icing. Cook the syrup with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Whisk 2 egg whites, add 1/2 cup lemon juice, a little salt and add sugar syrup in small portions. After pouring in all the syrup, beat for a few more minutes. Food colors can be added.
Step 2
Lubricate the cupcake. Make a composition of pieces of fruit or nuts on its surface. You can simply arrange the pieces beautifully, or you can create something storyline. For example, make eyes out of pea chocolates, and a mouth out of raspberries.
Step 3
Mastic and marzipan mass are very suitable for decorating muffins. They can be painted in different colors. Make 2 small circles from red mastic and 2 sticks and a leaf from green. Place the chopsticks at an angle on the surface of the cake Attach cherries to their lower ends, and a leaf to the corner. Flat figures of mastic nesting dolls and marzipan flowers or butterflies will look great.
Step 4
To make a figurine of a little man, it is enough to remember how you drew him as a child. Roll a round for the head, an oval for the torso. Blind 4 sticks for handles and legs. Assemble the figurine right on top of the cupcake.
Step 5
The basis of the decorative composition can be chocolate cream. Spread it over the top of the cupcake. Against such a background, bright pieces of fruit, coconut flakes (it can also be painted with food coloring), mastic figures will look great. You can, for example, plant a butterfly or a dragonfly made of mastic in the center, and sprinkle coconut flakes in the shape of a flower in a circle. Contours can be pre-applied with a toothpick or a pointed match.
Step 6
On the same chocolate background, draw the outline of the leaf. Sprinkle it with green coconut flakes. Place a bug in the center, blinding it from red and black mastic.
Step 7
It is very good if you have a thick jam with whole berries on hand. It is even better if there are several varieties of different jams. Take out berries or fruit pieces and make an ornament out of them. It can be supplemented with mastic elements. For example, connect the berries with stems or make leaves between them.
