Zucchini baked with minced meat is a very juicy, aromatic and tasty dish. It is prepared very quickly, and the result will delight the whole family.
Ingredients for making minced zucchini:
- about 0.5 kg of zucchini;
- 300 g mixed minced meat (best of all pork with beef in equal proportions);
- 1 onion;
- 1 egg (raw);
- 100 g of grated hard cheese;
- 2/3 teaspoon of salt;
- pepper and other spices to taste.
Cooking zucchini with minced meat in the oven
1. The first step is to prepare the zucchini. For this dish, choose a medium-sized zucchini that is already mature enough. Young zucchini will become very soft when baked. The selected zucchini must be washed, peeled off and cut into circles about 1.5 cm high. After that, the seeds must be removed from the circles.
2. Put parchment on a baking sheet, lightly grease with oil and place the zucchini rings on it.
3. Finely chop or grate the peeled onion into the minced meat. Add salt and a little pepper. Break a raw egg there. Mix the minced meat well.
4. Fill the zucchini rings very tightly with minced meat, filling the entire center with them.
5. Preheat the oven well and put a baking sheet with zucchini to bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
6. After half an hour, sprinkle each serving of zucchini with grated cheese (about a tablespoon for each ring) and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
