For naval pasta, it is very simple to make minced meat: just choose good meat and scroll the minced meat through a meat grinder. But minced meat for cutlets is a completely different story.
It is necessary
-
- for regular minced meat:
- 300 gr. pork
- 500 gr. beef
- some fresh bacon
- for minced meatballs:
- 1 medium onion
- about half a loaf of bread
- milk
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the meat from films and veins, cut into small pieces. Pass through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Stir well, add some unsalted, fresh, skinless lard. Pass through a meat grinder again. If you cooked minced meat for pasta or navy pasta, then it is ready.
Step 3
For minced cutlet, you need to do the following.
Take approximately 300 g. stale white bread, cut off the crusts and soak the bread in the milk. Peel the onion and cut into 8 pieces. Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with soaked bread and onions, then add salt, pepper, 1 egg and mix thoroughly. If the minced meat is very dense, you can add a little warm water.
