Meatloaf is a delicious original minced meat dish. It can be prepared both for a festive table and for a regular dinner. It only takes 60 minutes to cook it.

- Minced meat (beef or pork) - 0.5 kg;
- white bread - 3-4 pieces;
- egg 2 pcs;
- milk - 1 glass;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- bulb onions;
- pepper
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pepper and salt the minced meat.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely.
Step 3
Boil the eggs and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Use plastic wrap to prevent the minced meat from sticking to the table.
Step 5
Place the film on the table. Put the minced meat on it. Give it a rectangular shape. Thickness 2-2.5 cm.
Step 6
Put the filling on top, in this case the onion and eggs.
Step 7
Roll up the roll, lifting the film.
Step 8
Wrap the roll in food foil, then, 10 minutes before baking, remove it and bake without foil.
Step 9
Bake for 40 minutes, at a temperature of 200-230 C
