Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fish with cool water, remove scales and entrails, cut off the tail, head and fins. Cut the resulting carcass with a sharp knife into pieces 1, 5-2 cm thick, and then cut each piece from the side of the spine, so that it can be expanded in length. At the end, you should end up with a few strap-like pieces.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix lecho and mayonnaise, liberally grease pieces of fish with the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Put the pre-cut vegetables in a layer on a baking sheet (you can also use frozen mixtures from bags), put the fish pieces on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. The dish can be served hot or cold.
