  • - salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Pasta with chicken and mushrooms:
  • - 200 g chicken fillet;
  • - 200 g frozen chopped champignons or 1 can of canned chopped champignons;
  • - half a pack of spaghetti or "Funchoza" bean vermicelli;
  • - 100 ml of soy sauce;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 1 medium onion;
  • - black pepper to taste.
  • Pasta with chicken, bacon and vegetables:
  • - 200 g chicken fillet;
  • - 200 g of bacon;
  • - half a pack of spaghetti or "Funchoza" bean vermicelli;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 1 medium carrot;
  • - 1 red or green bell pepper;
  • - black pepper to taste.

Step 1

Simple Chicken Pasta Recipe

Rinse the chicken fillet under water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets into 2x2 cm cubes. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the garlic on a fine grater. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the onion in it until it becomes translucent. Add the grated garlic to the onion and saute for a minute. Put the chicken fillet in the pan, mix everything. Roast the chicken for 2 minutes, then add salt and pepper. Stir again and fry the chicken until tender. While the chicken is cooking, boil the spaghetti. Drain excess water from pasta. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Transfer the spaghetti to the chicken skillet and stir. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the pasta and chicken, stir again and simmer for another 1 minute.

Pasta with chicken and mushrooms

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet and cut into small cubes or strips. Peel the onions and garlic. Chop the onion into half rings, pass the garlic through a press. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan. Heat the oil and fry the onion until translucent. Add the garlic to the onion and cook for 1 minute. Put frozen or canned mushrooms and chicken fillets in a pan, mix everything thoroughly and simmer under a closed lid for 5 minutes. Then add soy sauce, cream and black pepper to the pan, mix everything and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. While the mushroom chicken is cooking, boil the spaghetti. Instead of spaghetti, you can use Asian bean funchose noodles. You just need to pour boiling water over it for 5-7 minutes, and then drain the water. Transfer the pasta to the pan, mix everything thoroughly.

Pasta with chicken, bacon and vegetables

Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken fillet and bacon into strips. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Pass the garlic through a press. Core the bell pepper, chop it into strips. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the carrots and bell peppers in it for 5 minutes. Add garlic to vegetables, stir and sauté still for 1 minute. Put the chicken fillet and bacon in the pan, mix everything and fry until the chicken is tender (about 5-7 minutes). While the chicken with bacon and vegetables is cooking, boil the spaghetti or soak the Asian funchose noodles in boiling water. Transfer the cooked pasta to the chicken, bacon and veggies pan and stir.
