Dumplings soup is generally an ingenious dish. You can come home late and cook such a soup for dinner in twenty minutes. It is delicious, nutritious and flavorful.

- -4 glasses of meat broth,
- -200 g frozen dumplings,

Step 1
Wash the parsley root, peel, cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely with a knife. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater. In a saucepan over high heat, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onions, carrots and parsley root until a pleasant brownish color.
Step 2
Pour the broth into an enamel saucepan, cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Send the salted vegetables to the boiling broth, and bring to a boil again, reduce heat.
Step 3
Dip frozen dumplings into a saucepan with vegetables, add a few bay leaves, stir. Season with salt and pepper with a mixture of allspice. Cook until the dumplings are fully cooked for about ten more minutes.
Step 4
Rinse parsley and dill under running water, dry and chop finely. Pour the hot soup into bowls, sprinkle with herbs and put a spoonful of sour cream in each bowl.
