- - 1 tsp salt.
- For the sauce:
- - 125 g sour cream;
- - 1 tbsp. tomato paste;
- - 3 drops of Tabasco sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Knead the dough out of water, flour, salt and vegetable oil. It should be elastic and not stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes, peel and boil in salted water until tender, about 25 minutes. Then drain and puree the potatoes.
Step 3
Peel and chop the garlic. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater. Rinse the mint and chop. Combine mashed potatoes with mint, parmesan, egg and garlic and season with salt.
Step 4
Remove the dough, divide into 5 equal parts and roll out thinly on a floured table (the thickness should be about 1 mm). Cut each sheet into 4 parts, thus you get a total of 20 pieces.
Step 5
Spread the potato filling over the dough pieces in a thin layer. Roll the products. Fasten the edges like candy wrappers.
Step 6
Transfer the sweets to the baking sheet, seam side down. Bake in oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt and a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce. Serve the appetizer with the resulting sauce.
