Ingredients:

Ingredients:

- 20 ml of sambuca, absinthe and Baileys liqueur;

- 5 ml of grenadine pomegranate syrup.

Gently pour sambuca, liqueur and absinthe into a glass or pile in turn using a dessert spoon. In an ideal drink, their layers should be clearly separated. Pour the pomegranate syrup into the center of the cocktail, drop by drop. It is heavier than other ingredients, so it will quickly sink to the bottom, forming an "explosion" pattern. Ingredients:

- 20 ml of sambuca and silver tequila;

- 10 ml of absinthe;

- 1 ripe banana;

- strips of lemon zest;

- finely crushed ice.

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Place the fruit pieces in a shaker, add ice, sambuca and absinthe and shake well. Pour the cocktail into a tall glass and garnish with stripes of zest.
