It is necessary

  • - 1 medium apple (about 150 g);
  • - 200 g of natural yogurt, 1 tsp. honey;
  • - 0.5 tsp chopped cinnamon;
  • - 3 small oranges;
  • - 100 g frozen strawberries;
  • - 40 g brown sugar;
  • - 100 ml of carbonated mineral water;
  • - 2 sprigs of fresh mint;
  • - a few ice cubes (optional).

Instructions

Step 1

For the first shake, called Apple Yogurt Smoothie, you need to take one apple and peel and peel it.

Step 2

Grate the peeled apple or cut into strips with a knife, and then pass through a blender to obtain a soft, lump-free applesauce.

Step 3

Add yogurt, honey and cinnamon to the puree and mix everything thoroughly with a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed, which should then be poured into a cocktail glass. Decorate the cocktail with cinnamon just before serving.

Step 4

For the second cocktail, Malibu Sunset, you need to defrost the strawberries, for which you can simply put them in the microwave (defrost mode) or place a bowl of frozen strawberries in another large bowl filled with hot water.

Step 5

While the strawberries are slowly thawing, take care of the oranges, namely, squeezing the juice out of them. You can do this either manually or using a juicer.

Step 6

Strawberries, which have not yet completely defrosted, but are already softened enough, puree with a blender, adding sugar and one or two tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice to them; you should end up with a strawberry sorbet.

Step 7

Divide the strawberry sorbet in equal parts into two cocktail glasses and pour over with mineral water and freshly squeezed orange juice. The cocktail can be lightly mixed with a spoon, and then add a couple of ice cubes to it. Before serving, glasses of cocktail can be garnished with mint sprigs.
