They consume it in small portions - 30-50 grams each before dinner, it relieves headaches.

You can prepare a tincture without honey. Squeeze the juice out of the berries, you can use a juicer, but it's better to do it in the grandmother's way. Fold the berries in a sieve, take a spoon and, using a certain force, wipe the viburnum. Mix 0.5 liters of fresh juice with 300 g of granulated sugar, pour a mixture of 0.5 liters of brandy (can be replaced with vodka) and 0.2 liters of water, put in a warm place to infuse. After two weeks, the viburnum tincture is ready for use, and after giving it an exposure of 1 month, you will get a divine drink with unique properties. It can be used as an aperitif or as a medicine for hypertension and insomnia.

For medicinal purposes, the drink can be made more concentrated. Sort the berries, rinse, fold into a prepared glass container, filling it halfway, fill it with cognac so that it covers the viburnum, and leave for a day. After 24 hours, add alcohol to the top of the dishes and let it infuse. The longer the aging, the better the quality of the drink. Tincture on cognac expands and cleanses blood vessels.

If you fill the dishes with berries by 2/3, then the healing properties of the tincture will increase at the expense of the quality. The drink will acquire a bitter taste and a pronounced pungent viburnum smell. To improve the bouquet, use this technique: after two weeks, pour the first infusion into a clean dish, and pour the berries again with an alcohol-containing product, soak for another 14 days.
