Instructions
Step 1

Step 2
Sea buckthorn juice with pulp
Sort out the collected berries, rinse them and put them on the table so that they dry out. Prepare boiled water and add sugar according to the following calculation: 400 g of granulated sugar is required for 1 kg of berries. Rub the sea buckthorn through a sieve and add sugar syrup to the resulting puree, mix thoroughly and bring to a boil. If a yellow-orange film forms on the surface, never discard it. Collect this film and use it as a valuable sea buckthorn oil, which helps in the treatment of skin and stomach problems.
Step 3
Pour sea buckthorn juice into hot sterile jars and then pasteurize for another 20 minutes, then close the lids.
Step 4
Shake the thick sea buckthorn juice before use. If you don't like the taste of the cooked product, you can add plum or apple juice to the sea buckthorn.
Step 5
Sea buckthorn juice without sugar
Make sugar-free sea buckthorn juice using the following recipe. Rinse the berries with running water, mash in an enamel saucepan. Prepare water in a special container, heat it to 40 ° C and add to the sea buckthorn. Then put on fire and cook at a temperature of 50 ° C, then the berries must be pressed. Bring the resulting juice to a boil at a temperature of 90 ° C, strain and pour into sterile jars, pasteurize for 15 minutes, cover and refrigerate.
Step 6
Apple-sea buckthorn juice
Apple-sea buckthorn juice turns out to be very tasty and healthy. Wash the apples, remove the core and seeds, rinse the sea buckthorn and add to the apples. Using a juicer, squeeze the juice, adding apples and sea buckthorn berries at the same time. The resulting juice will be very concentrated. To make the drink taste good, you need to add boiled water to it in a ratio of 1: 1 and 4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar. Freshly squeezed juice is completely ready to drink. It can also be boiled, poured into sterile jars and used for storage for the winter.
