It is necessary

  • - colander;
  • - sieve;
  • - gauze;
  • - strainer for straining;
  • - an enamel bowl;
  • - wooden crush or spoon;
  • - sea buckthorn berries 100-150 g;
  • - 2 oranges;
  • - sugar 1 glass;
  • - water 1, 5 l;
  • For decoration:
  • - orange 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the sea buckthorn berries in cold water and discard them in a colander so that all the water is glass.

Step 2

Pour boiling water over oranges. Then use a sharp grater to remove the skin. Pour boiling water over the resulting skin and cook for 20-25 minutes over low heat. Let the finished broth brew for 25-30 minutes and strain through a strainer.

Step 3

Transfer the sea buckthorn berries and orange pulp to an enamel bowl and mash with a wooden crush or spoon until the pulp is separated from the skin and seeds.

Step 4

Place a sieve on the pan, cover it with gauze in 2 layers. Put the sea buckthorn-orange mass on a sieve. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes for the juice to drain. Then squeeze out the cheesecloth and remove the sieve.

Step 5

Add sugar to the orange peel broth and bring it to a boil, then cool. Pour sea buckthorn and orange juice into the resulting syrup, mix everything.
