The sea buckthorn-orange juice turns out to be refreshing and very useful. It can be drunk to prevent colds. It also quenches thirst well.
It is necessary
- - colander;
- - sieve;
- - gauze;
- - strainer for straining;
- - an enamel bowl;
- - wooden crush or spoon;
- - sea buckthorn berries 100-150 g;
- - 2 oranges;
- - sugar 1 glass;
- - water 1, 5 l;
- For decoration:
- - orange 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the sea buckthorn berries in cold water and discard them in a colander so that all the water is glass.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over oranges. Then use a sharp grater to remove the skin. Pour boiling water over the resulting skin and cook for 20-25 minutes over low heat. Let the finished broth brew for 25-30 minutes and strain through a strainer.
Step 3
Transfer the sea buckthorn berries and orange pulp to an enamel bowl and mash with a wooden crush or spoon until the pulp is separated from the skin and seeds.
Step 4
Place a sieve on the pan, cover it with gauze in 2 layers. Put the sea buckthorn-orange mass on a sieve. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes for the juice to drain. Then squeeze out the cheesecloth and remove the sieve.
Step 5
Add sugar to the orange peel broth and bring it to a boil, then cool. Pour sea buckthorn and orange juice into the resulting syrup, mix everything.
