Then they should be pasteurized in water at a temperature of 80-90 ° C: 3-liter - 30 minutes, 2-liter - 25 minutes, 1-liter - 20 minutes. For hot pouring, heat freshly squeezed juice to 70-80 ° C. Filter the resulting mixture. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour the juice into sterilized bottles and jars.

Fill bottles and juice cans almost to the top. This will reduce the possibility of spoilage. After rolling up the bottles and cans of juice, put them in a cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks.
