Sambuc is a delicious and delicate dessert that melts on the tongue. This dessert should not be confused with the famous sambuca, an Italian liqueur. Sambuc is prepared without the addition of alcohol, so it can be safely given to children. The main ingredient is fresh fruit.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of apples;
- - 50 g granulated sugar;
- - 2 squirrels;
- - 10 g of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
All food must be cooked. Sour apples are best.
Step 2
Wash and peel the apples, remove the core and cut into two equal parts. You don't need to chop the apples, just put them in a baking dish.
Step 3
Pour a small amount of water into the bottom of the mold and cover with foil. Place the apples in the oven and bake until tender. Be sure to keep the apples from burning.
Step 4
Pour gelatin with water (according to the instructions on the package) and leave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, pour the gelatin into a small saucepan and simmer over low heat. Cook until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 5
Steamed apples must be rubbed through a sieve or chopped in a blender. Add sugar to the puree and mix with a mixer.
Step 6
Wash eggs thoroughly. Place the whites in one bowl, the yolks in another and beat. Add the egg whites to the applesauce and beat. After 5 minutes, the mixture should grow in size and turn white.
Step 7
It remains to add gelatin and beat with a mixer. Disassemble the prepared mass into cups and remove to a cold place. After 3-4 hours, the sambuc is ready.
