Birch sap should be collected from birch forests. The birch must be healthy and perennial. Choose a tree with a diameter of at least 20 cm. The best time to collect birch sap is mid-March, when the buds swell.
It is necessary

- - container;
- - rope;
- - lubricant or garden var.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose a nice, pretty birch.
Step 2
Make an incision in the lower part of the trunk at a height of 40 cm in the form of the Latin letter V. The incision should not be deeper than 2 cm and the length of one incision should not exceed 10 cm.
Step 3
A mineral water bottle is very suitable for collecting juice.
Tie the bottle very tightly to the birch tree. You need to tie a container just below the cut made.

When the bottle has collected about a liter of juice, remove it from the barrel. You cannot collect more than a liter from one tree.
Step 5
Cover the cut on the trunk with plenty of garden varnish.
Step 6
You can drink the juice right away, but if you want to keep it, pour it into a glass jar and refrigerate. But juice cannot be stored for more than three days.
