Pancake flour has been known for a very long time, it significantly reduces the baking time. Baking pancakes from such flour is a pleasure, and most importantly - quickly. Some packages even contain recipes for making pancakes.

- Pancakes with milk:
- - 2 tbsp. pancake flour;
- - 2 tbsp. milk;
- - 2 fresh chicken eggs;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - salt according to your taste.
- Custard pancakes:
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 1, 5 Art. pancake flour;
- - 2 tbsp. fresh milk;
- - 2, 5 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - a little salt.
- Pancakes on the water:
- - 1, 5 Art. pancake flour;
- - 3 tbsp. boiled water;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - 1, 5 tsp soda;
- - 3, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - salt according to your taste.
- Pancakes stuffed with ripe pears:
- - 3, 5 tbsp. pancake flour;
- - 3 tbsp. milk or boiled water;
- - 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil;
- - 5 pieces. ripe pears;
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of brown sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of rum;
- - 30 g fresh butter;
- - scented cinnamon stick.

Step 1
Appetizing pancakes with milk
Take a deep bowl and break chicken eggs into it, add salt, sugar and dilute everything with milk. Pour the sifted flour gently into the resulting mixture, mix until smooth. Next, leave the dough for half an hour. Preheat a skillet, brush it with oil and start baking the pancakes (about 2 minutes on both sides). When baking your pancakes, be sure to stir the dough so that the flour doesn't settle to the bottom.

Delicious custard pancakes
Pancakes prepared in this way are very dense and are perfect for stuffing with any filling: fish, meat, mushroom or any other. Heat the milk a little. Next, break the eggs into a deep plate, add granulated sugar and salt. Whisk everything gently. Then add eggs to the pancake flour and mix everything well. Now pour hot milk in there, stir so that there are no lumps.
Step 3
Leave the dough to brew for about half an hour. Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil. Scoop up about 2/3 of the ladle of dough and pour into the skillet. Gently distribute the dough throughout the pan. Bake the pancakes until light golden brown.
Step 4
Light pancakes on the water
Make a small hole in the flour, pour in water, gently knead the dough. Next, add soda, which must first be extinguished with vinegar, add sugar and add a little salt. Knead the dough well again. Then add vegetable oil there. The dough should turn out to be liquid. Heat a skillet, brush it with vegetable oil and bake pancakes.
Step 5
Pancakes stuffed with pear
Make a flavorful ripe pear filling. Wash the fruits well and cut them into small cubes. Next, add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon stick and chopped fruits to a preheated skillet. Cook everything over low heat, remember to stir for about 4 minutes. Then pour in the rum and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 6
Make pancakes. Add flour to a saucepan, followed by warm milk or boiled water. Using a whisk, beat everything and pour in the vegetable oil, you get a batter. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat. Next, pour pancake dough there and distribute over the entire surface. Fry pancakes until golden brown. Carefully wrap the finished filling in each pancake and serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
