Step 1
Use a blender to combine milk with eggs, salt, vanilla and orange zest. You will get a liquid, homogeneous mass. Add melted butter to it, just a little - 1/4 tablespoon will be enough. Mix everything thoroughly again. The German pancake dough is ready.
Step 2
Prepare muffin molds - coat them with a little oil, fill with the resulting dough. Put in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake the pancakes for about 15 minutes. During cooking, the pancakes in the middle form something like the bottom of a basket.
Step 3
Remove the prepared pancakes from the oven, fill them with any jam or jam. You can additionally sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Before serving, carefully remove the pancake from the mold, put it on a saucer to make it easier to eat.

Such pancakes can be filled with fresh berries, pieces of fruit - you get a hearty and healthy breakfast. You can also use ordinary condensed milk, various cake creams as a filling.
