It is necessary
- pork - 1.5-2 kg,
- onions - 4-5 pcs.,
- kiwi - 1 pc.,
- tomato - 1 pc.,
- ground black pepper
- salt,
- dry paprika,
- greens.

Step 1
It is better to use pork that has not been frozen before. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Place in a deep bowl to marinate in. For lovers of juicy kebabs with fat, it is better to choose the neck part.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into large half rings. One onion can be grated. Send it to the meat. Sprinkle the meat with pepper, paprika and salt, stir. Finely chop the tomato, herbs, mix with the total mass. Tomato can be substituted for tomato paste.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the kiwi, grate or crush with your hands. Mix well with the pork pieces. Kiwi quickly softens meat fibers. Therefore, add kiwi no earlier than 40-50 minutes before frying. If you overdo it for a longer amount of time, you can get broken pieces.
