Step 1
First of all, cut all the vegetables into small cubes. In a garlic press, crush the garlic.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat, put chopped vegetables there. Fry them until golden brown.

Add minced meat to our vegetables and mix it very well with vegetables so that there are no large lumps left.

As soon as the minced meat begins to brown, pour milk into the pan so that it covers the entire mass. Mix everything again. We cook for 10-15 minutes, during this time the milk will saturate our minced meat well.
Step 5
After soaking the milk into the minced meat, add the same amount of wine to the pan. The wine should also cover our mass, and then be absorbed into the minced meat.
Step 6
When the wine is absorbed, it is necessary to put the tomato paste on the minced meat and add the tomatoes.
Step 7
Now we begin to crush all the tomatoes, the most important thing is that not a single whole is left.
Step 8
Pour all the spices into the pan, cover with a lid and reduce the heat.
Step 9
We leave our sauce to simmer for 3-4 hours. Until most of the water boils away.
