Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce is an Italian delicious and nutritious pasta dish soaked in tomato and meat sauce. Due to the fact that the Bolognese sauce is stewed for a long time, it simply melts in your mouth.
It is necessary
- For the Bolognese sauce:
- - 800 grams of tomatoes;
- - 500 grams of ground beef;
- - 100 milliliters of cream;
- - 50 grams of carrots;
- - 50 grams of onions;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 stalk of celery;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - 1 tsp dried oregano;
- - pepper and salt.
- For filing:
- - 350 grams of tagliatelle pasta or other pasta;
- - for sprinkling with parmesan cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots and onions. Cut into very small cubes. Do the same with celery.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add celery, carrots and onions, sauté the vegetables for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add the minced meat to the pan and continue to fry for another 10 minutes. During frying, break the minced meat with a spatula into small pieces so that a homogeneous mass is obtained for the sauce.
Step 4
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them, cut into small cubes and add to the pan.
Step 5
Add oregano and minced garlic. Pepper, salt, mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
Step 7
Half an hour before cooking, pour in the cream, stir and continue to simmer.
Step 8
Boil the pasta as it says on the package.
Step 9
Place pasta on a plate, top with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
