Pasta with bolognese sauce is a famous Italian dish with a long history. Today, almost anyone can cook it at home, because the set of products for it is quite simple.

    • ground beef 400 g;
    • fresh basil;
    • olive oil;
    • onion 2 pcs.;
    • garlic 5 cloves;
    • dry red wine 100 g;
    • tomatoes 400 g;

    • pasta (pasta).

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare food. Peel the onions and the desired amount of garlic cloves. Chop the onion as small as possible, chop the garlic with a knife. Wash the tomatoes. Boil water and scald each tomato. Wash fresh basil with cool water. You will need about ten pieces of paper.

Step 2

Heat a saucepan (deep skillet) over high heat, add two to three tablespoons of olive oil, suitable for frying, to it. Place onions and sauté for three to five minutes until soft and golden brown.

Add minced meat to a saucepan and fry it. Stir the contents of the pan constantly. Once all the minced meat is browned and light, grab a fork and start kneading the lumps. This must be done carefully - the consistency of the bolognese sauce will depend on this procedure.

Step 4

Pour in one hundred grams of dry red wine when there are no lumps left in the minced meat. Stir and let the alcohol evaporate (this will take about three to five minutes).

Step 5

Peel the scalded tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. If desired, you can grind them in a blender, turning them into puree. Chop the basil leaves as small as possible.

Step 6

Add tomatoes, basil, garlic and seasonings to a saucepan - two cloves, salt and pepper to taste. Stir, cover and simmer for two to three hours. The longer you cook it, the tastier the dish will be.

Step 7

Place a pot of water over high heat. Bring to a boil, add salt and add pasta (pasta). Cook until tender (the exact time is indicated on the package). Drain and sprinkle with olive oil.

Step 8

Place the pasta on plates, top with the prepared bolognese sauce and garnish with basil.
