Whatever you are used to keeping warm on cold evenings, hot chocolate in this sense is a great solution.

Normal.

Ingredients: 100 g of dark chocolate, 1/2 cup of cold water, 1.5 cups of medium fat milk (2, 5-3, 5%).

1. Put a pot of water over medium heat, break the chocolate into small pieces and leave in the water. Add milk and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.

2. Remove from heat, pour chocolate into cups and let cool slightly.

Vanilla.

Ingredients: 120 milk chocolate, 180 g of dark chocolate, 1 glass of any cocoa powder, 1 liter of medium fat milk, 25 g of sugar, 1/2 vanilla pod.

1. On a half of a vanilla pod, make a longitudinal cut, clean the seeds in a bowl, throw the cut pod there, add sugar, mix everything, cover with cling film and leave overnight at room temperature (sugar should be filled with vanilla spirit).

2. Toss both chocolates in a blender or food processor the next day and chop them as small as possible. Remove the vanilla pod from the sugar bowl, add chopped chocolate and cocoa. Mix thoroughly, and then do this: distribute the mixture in equal portions over the circles, pour in an equal amount of milk and mix well. You can garnish everything with whipped cream.

Spicy.

Ingredients: 120 g of dark chocolate, 2 cups of medium fat milk, zest of two oranges, 1/2 tsp of instant coffee, a pinch of grated nutmeg.

1. In a saucepan, combine milk, cracked chocolate, coffee, torn zest, and nutmeg.

2. Place pot on low heat and heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Increase heat and bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat, catch the zest and gently beat until frothy (with a whisk or mixer) so as not to get caught in hot splashes.

3. Put the pot on the fire again. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and whisk again. Wait until the mixture has cooled to room temperature, and before serving, repeat everything again: bring to a boil and whisk.

All recipes are for about 2 large or 4 small cups.
